Went to Yogazone a while back which initiated my love for yoga and truly had such a positive impact on my life and wellbeing. After moving to jhb for a few years I could not find the same sort of vibe / passion and energy for yoga anywhere else and I stopped yoga for a while even after moving back to Cape Town. I attended a great class with Fulvio a few weeks back (even tho I am not as fit as I used to be, there was no judgement for this) and left with the same wonderful feeling I used to get when leaving Yoga zone :) Looking forward to returning and getting back into it again. Lovely welcoming studio and teachers!
