love love love love loved it. I went based on the reviews. didn't have high expectations. I don't remember the last time I went to a salon and got anything close to what I wanted. they are perfect. the colour technicians actually listen to what you want and then they actually deliver and do that. the girl that cut my hair did a professional job. she did a bob. no lop sided cut. no pieces longer than the other side. actually advised me on how to best style it. they don't leave u sitting there for other clients or to chat with colleagues. while they are busy and have other clients the appts are planned out well so it doesn't take forever. I booked my next appt in advance which I have never don't before. they are busy and you can tell why.
