Ordered two shirts, wanted my patch and name put on them, as they have done in the past. At first i was told that they didnt do that, but i knew they did but was unable to make any progress. I was then was called two days later saying they are waiting for me to bring my stuff in to be sewn on?. Three days after that i missed a call from Staats so i call them back. I was told that my shirts are done and waiting to be picked up. Drive to Staats only to find out nobody knew who called me, nobody knew who talked to me, and that my shirts are not ready. Three weeks later they call my boss, not me, telling him my shirts are done. Shirts had the patch but not my name. I want to ask them why it wasn't done but obviously the staff are incompetent so i just walked out. I will never do business here again, nor will my department.
