Review of The Kapalua Villas

We stayed here last March . As I sit here planning lodging for our trip this year, reading some of the reviews for possible resorts and villas, I realize this place deserves a great review. We arrived here at 10pm from a late fight and the gentleman that helped us was so polite , helpful and friendly at 10pm! I was expecting the front desk to be disengage at that time of night . But no, he was extremely helpful and proved us with a free upgrade and a map of the property to locate our villa. (I wish I could his name).. the next morning we received a call just to see how things were going and they were able to help us plan out our day. I appreciated that call. The villa.. the villa was amazing. I loved the bathrooms , the ceiling to floor to windows in the living area, the view and the pool area was clean . The I would go recommend and go back ! Great service and beautiful views .

The only downfalls .. there were ants in the bathroom. I called the front desk , they offered to give us a different villa or send someone out to take a look and fix the problem but I was so in love with our view that I did not want to move to a different villa so I opted for the latter. Problem solved . Great service .
