Very nice but once paid, no responses to vital follow up such as medications and specific treatments needed for your pet or companion animal. Although I have some expertise in pharmacology, it is based on humans and I do not currently have the professional ability to obtain the necessary medication for one of my animals. Repeated requests have been ignored and we are at an impasse in how to treat the animal at this time unless we pay another vet to actually complete the process.
