Was there for a business trip. And had to stay on longer in KL for other matters. So booked my entire stay at Pullman for convenience. The staff was excellent. Polite. And every single staff we came across would nod their head in acknowledgement and smile and greet. Hotel was gorgeous. The free shuttle to Mid Valley was also a great move..
