Almost no help. You can 'mail' via the app, but then they let other customers respond. I have been waiting for an answer for weeks for a question. Meanwhile, days that certain deposits no longer come through ... Mailing through the app makes no sense (anymore). You rarely get an answer. Good bank, but the customer service sucks big time!
