Horrible. This place doesn't do anything for their tenants but take your cash. Won't fix anything unless authoritys step in then they send people to fix stuff with no appointment. I had the worst year living in my rental with them. Then just to get me out they raised my rent from $650 to $1,095 .. What they did to me and my family I hope they all suffer with karma. Save your money and time and rent from a property owner who cares for there units. Diane Starr should lose her whole business. She's a lazy business owner and a slum lord.
