I was a bit anxious about using Carmel Limos because of the reviews and also because I was coming from the Netherlands and didn't have a cell phone to call them with. My plane arrived later and customs took awhile so I thought that I would get charged more or I'd miss my car-- yah lots of worries.

It was all very smooth despite the airport being so busy. I used the free phone in the terminal to call Carmel and 10 min. later they were at the pick up sign like they said they were going to be. My name was in the window so I knew which car was mine asap.

(This is my review but I am awarded $10 Car cash from Carmel for sharing it. I was compelled to write the review because I had a much better experience than anticipated. I was going to book them again regardless of this car cash award but remembered that I could get it... so wrote my review a bit quicker!)
