Very poor service, there have been a few times the time truck arrives, sits there, doesn't pick the dumpster up, then leaves.
And when we call them out on it, they want to charge us for a 2nd trip out.

Seems there is a big disconnect from the people in the office to the haulers.

This last time the hauler told the office worker who quested them, that they did our pickup. Until I emailed the video showing they just sat there!
