I bought a router from this shop by mistake thinking it also acted as a modem, n. Order YA19354211 dated 21/06/2020. When the product arrives, I am amazed at the incompatibility of the object for my use, I start the return procedure, Withdrawal Practice No. 94421 on the order of 25/06/2020. On 3/7 they give me directions to repackage the product and to decide the day on which the courier will collect the package at my address. We set the date of 13/7 for the collection and the courier punctually passes. Since that date I have no more news. I called their number to which no one answers, I sent three emails from their site and I did not receive any response, I sent my personal email to info @ ..... and here too no answer, I opened a dispute via paypal as to date, I am without any product and without any refund for the return made. In a few days I'll go to the Carabinieri to report the incident. Stay away from this seller !!!
