Usually when I come we have excellent service but the last two times, I have come to play walleyball they have been very rude and saying that we have to set up the net, not even giving us a ladder, when the building manager told us that someone on staff had to. Which we don't mind doing, but we were told otherwise and they were very rude and disrespectful when we confronted them what the manager had explained to us. Terrible service. They need a new front desk employment!
