Went on a one of the free guided tours (there are also some paid tours for a nominal fee). You won't learn a ton about how government works in the tour, but it's a nice, short tour with a few fun stories and the building and grounds are very nice. Plus the 2 hour free parking is great (and even staying a couple of hours after the first two is very reasonable cost). Only bummer was that the roof top was closed when we visited.
