Found out about Climatech after my sister used them last summer for a replacement of the outdoor compressor unit in the middle of last summer! Knowing we were also on borrowed time with our A/C system we decided to contact before they are busy to get a price on a new A/C system. First I must say that I called 3 companies for pricing and Climatech called me back promptly, the other two never called back? This was about 2 weeks ago. I actually had to call 2 more companies just to get one to respond and come out for a quote. I'm a small business owner myself and could never imagine handling possible customers that way. This is one of the main reasons I felt the want to leave a positive review for Climatech as they impressed me on that end.

Their representative Paul was very informative and upfront with options for replacing with a standard system versus high efficiency and what options were available. He really seemed to know what was good for us and wanted to give us enough information to help us make an informative decision. Pricing was within my budget and both quotes were close enough in pricing to make me comfortable overall.

Throughout the planning of the installation the office staff, who we already spoke to a few times were very pleasant to deal with. Our first attempt to setup the installation was met with inclement weather but fortunately they squeezed us in as soon as they could a couple of days later, All the while keeping me updated which was very surprising compared to what I have dealt with past contractors who don't seem to answer their phone let alone call me.

The technicians were also nice guys and concerned about making sure the final job was to our liking. They even found why one of my rooms didn't seem to have much airflow due to a tear in the ductwork and were glad to take care of this .

We are very pleased with how quickly they turned everything around and now our system ran great over this past week. It's something I feel others should know about so they too make a wise decision on choosing a good contractor.
