Completely lacking in effective communications and...

Completely lacking in effective communications and payment procedures:

1. They will tell you at one point to pay maintenance fees one way, then randomly change the process and not tell you.

2. Send an email with a question or concern to your property manager and expect maybe a third of a response, at some point eventually.

3. When we first moved in it took a good 6 months to receive a welcome package with any information about the community, how to pay maintenance fees, how to get in the garage, etc. Until then, I had to HOUND them to get any information.

4. Totally one sided when it comes to complaints. The community literally got an email that said to avoid loud conversations and yelling at the tv. I suggested that perhaps the people who complain about people LIVING in one of the noisiest and crowded cities in the world would like to host a sign language workshop so we could institute a no speaking rule in the community, or that we install decibel meters in each unit to evaluate if something really did need to be done about the noise - my response was deemed invalid and I received nothing back until I called them out on it weeks later.

This organization is a sham.
