Horrible communication. Stopped by for estimate in the end of March 2019 (as comprehensive insurance said I didn't need to make an appt at this place since I had a claim). I was told, I'll send you an email with this claim information but wouldn't likely be able to get an appt until mid-April. Of note my name and info was written down on a sticky note. Didn't hear anything for weeks so finally called after April 15th. Told by secretary, who talked to staff quickly, not sure what happened, they'll call you back in a couple days. I called 1-2 times more (the last time at the end of April) and they admitted my info was written down on sticky note and that's why there was a delay. However, they reportedly took my info down 2 times past that with no improvement. I guess they did my estimate (zero communication but found out when I contacted the insurance company). I am going with another garage. The workers are pleasant but horrible communication. I would rather have rude employees and good communication... Will not use this location again.
