DO NOT RENT THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!!! moved in with NO lights had to buy light bulbs and install them over 8ft ceilings and I had to go buy a ladder since they would have charged us to install them?! Our apartment is NOT up to Chicago code, we don't have a ventilation system for our gas stove and every time it rains water just pours out of our light fixture. No one has been by to fix any of these problems.
