VERY RUDE!! This company called me to deliver off-lifting boots for my Mom. It was 3:35 p.m. Said they would be at my home in 30 minutes. I told them I would be home by 4:10 p.m. They refused to make the delivery!! For the sake of 5-10 minutes!! Asked to speak with a manager who was RUDE!! Had a very sarcastic response! I did not use them & will not use them for any medical needs!!
