Not the best. You always have to keep your eyes open and make sure that they are talking care of your live one.
The bedding is not always clean, you have to tell them to change the bedding. Sometimes they forget to bring my dad to the dinning room to eat and he goes without eating. And there has been times when they forget that he is still in the dinning room so he sit there until someone takes him back to his room.
It also very stinky.
I know they can do better.
It seems that when you bring things
up to their attention. They have an excuse.
So I don't buy it.
