I am a TNR rescuer from brooklyn....My experiences with the staff has always been good....I deal only with the supervisors...my rescues are found mostly in the streets...so I appreciate the time and effort they put in to helping these animals...if your negative experience wasn't good, maybe is wasn't your time...to have a pet...its not easy running a no kill shelter...stress can be overwhelming dealing with kinds of issues...Any way to each his own and have a great day....
