We have a small family retail store here in Peabody, MA. We had Verizon phone service perform our install for the business. Verizon ran a wire molding, self-stick, down the wall. You could see the top of the wire and the bottom of the wire sticking out, it was terrible.

One call to Rob and he came in an tidied up everything, neatened the whole area by fishing the wire within the wall. He is very responsive and his work was top notch. Most importantly to us we were without phone service for only a few minutes.
