My experience with haynes was terrible I brought two bed pillows that's made of chicken feathers and they poker your head arms whatever get attached to them all you see is feathers penetrating from the pillows through the protector and pillow case poking your body and they say no return. so I have to give them 125.00 for their damage pillows and don't buy mattresses they will not take them back either without taking you through the mill.
My suggestion don't buy from haynes unless you want to give your money away as I did it's a learning experience for me
Now they say they don't sale them anymore so compensate me give me 2 more pillows that's not made of chicken feathers plus they smell like raw chicken ugh I'll bring your pillows back if you want to make it right and you give me two more.

So a call state the nature of the bed pillows is to poke your head no concern that the pillows are defective and have more pin feathers than normal I know what a feather pillow should feel like small pin feathers not gigantic feathers
It's sad that Haynes won't replace the pillows I'v dealt with them for 20 years or more brought my last den set over 5,000 and pd. In full and I get this treatment for useless pillows.
It's a done deal no compensation of any kind please be sure never to buy anything that you don't mine paying for.

Now it's my power chai lift it works well but the fabrics is fading just got off phone with them and they saying send photons by email I'm old I don't know how to deal with that.why can't you recover the chair with a better fabric did I tell you I'm still paying for it it was 1,000.00 one thousand dollars yes it set out like a sore thumb a mess I as thinking about buying carpet not now I'm done unless some changes is done for my chair I'm hurt that I have to look at this chair and paid for it.should have went to another but I trusted haynes because I have been dealing with them for awhile buts customer service tells me it's a 3 party situation....PLEASE help me haynes by recovering this chair....Thanks
