I recently used a commodity exchange platform and found it to be lacking in user-friendliness and speed. The website had a dated design and was not intuitive to navigate. I faced difficulties in locating the relevant information as well. The customer service response was slow and not very helpful. I expected a better experience from such a reputed company.
