As I arrive at the parking bay with my family and my two little boys, a trolley porter busy pushing trolley back to the store he refuses to give me one but ask me to walk all the way to the store. Further more, he stoped me to obtain an trolley cause he "assume" I wasn't going to shop at pick n pay so I'm not allow to use it. I think that is fair enough you should not occupied the trolley for other purpose than shop at the pick n pay, but who will do the grocery shppping first before shop around the rest of the center and do the grocery at last? The whole point is both store manager and trolley porter did their rule in a harsh and rude manner, therefore, as they wish : I go and shop at Woolworth.
