My FIRST experience 3 years ago: I came in with what I thought was a dead laptop from dropping it on the floor. Within 10 minutes, the rad guy who worked there had it fixed up, for free! My experience has always been long and costly when it come to computers, but these guys have got it DOWN. Very polite, professional, and efficient! I will definitely go back to them with any future computer issues (which are sure to happen!).
My SECOND experience a few days ago: The service is fantastic- the folks that helped me were patient, knew their stuff, and took their time to really help me into solving my computer problems. Now I have a great refurbished computer, and it's a total relief! I'd encourage anyone to go to Happy Hamster!
