Wife took in car for oil change and tire rotation, tried to over charge her, took 45 minutes to figure it out, once she got home she noticed her tires had not been rotated, she had a scuff on a tire and it had not been changed, they pushed back when she went back same day, finally changes them, another 45 minutes wasted, no apology, nothing to make up for her wasted time, will never buy a Dodge again or go back there.
