This was my go to hotel, they also have a reduced rate with my local company. Bar tenders are the best I've had at an ES, very respectful. Food is fine here and there. Today: came down at 630am with a quick schedule, no scrambled eggs in that HUGE pot. 515pm I get back and grab some drinks and food at the bar, 545pm I grab my last drink and to-go dinner. Go up to my room, card doesn't work! Go down to reception, wait 30 min for tech difficulty that has no issue with the receptionist. Once I'm front in the long line of issues happening, he indicates my room was needed for a new large party. So they put me in a handicap room ON THEM and decided to cancel my room key card so I couldnt enter my week long room. My things all scattered in the room; I ask their management if I can get back in my room. Now I sit remaining in this room with new keys after 30min with a melting drink and cold to-go food. Such privalage to be in a high end? hotel. I have never been kicked out of my own room in a hotel.
