Today is the final day I walk through your doors.

Once, again, Acme is packed with long long lines at 3:30 p.m.! Thus causing me, and numerous others, to, unnecessarily, wait.

How many times must this keep recurring before management wakes up and adds more cashiers???

Clearly, the store is busy from 3:00 p.m., when school lets out, through the dinner hours, say 7:00 p.m. It is ludicrous to make hard working people wait, unnecessarily, to check out when certain people only have 1 or 2 items or, like the patient woman in front of me, wait when she has 4 young kids!

I waited what felt unreasonably long to pay for 2 items I needed for dinner.

Whoever runs this store needs a LOUD wake up call. Numerous friends have mentioned the same issue! If you want to keep your remaining customers, get your act together and add cashiers!
