I have to say that after working for my company for 30 years I thought I would never have experienced being terminated. My union representative was there for me immediately ,after I was being falsely accused of not doing my job and now being faced with no longer having a job I was returned to work after my first step one grievance. I am so proud of this union because I do not know what I would have done with out them
