Very poor service, I have been trying for weeks to get my refund from a policy I cancelled, I am getting the run around with answers, no refund as of Feb 14, 2018, it has been 6 weeks.

UPDATE, I called again and got the manager and FINALLY received the check, they had to overnight it to me. It was too much work just to get the money they owed me but at least I am done...
