Sent my binoculars for repair in early May and got confirmation they were received on May 13. In the past couple weeks I've sent three emails and left a voice mail inquiring on the status of my repair, which is now nearly six weeks in, and have gotten NO response. Zero. Zilch. Is this company legit?
