I was very unhappy with the way the owner had treated my family after we had a family emergency. My mother had a heart attack and we forgot to cancel our daughters riding lesson. The owner which is a woman texted messaged me and belittled me. I told her to keep the money for the lesson missed I said I was sorry but my mother had a serve heart attack. She did not care she said they still had to get the horse ready and it was rude that we did not call in our life or death situation. I then said to her that I no longer wanted my 9 year old daughter to do lessons with them and she tired to keep payments we had made in advance! I had to fight with her to get our lousy $35.00 dollars back and she said she never wanted to do lessons with us again! I have all the texts saved and I am disgusted that this woman has NO BEDSIDE MANNER and no regards to human life! I do not recommend them. I found a way nicer and understanding trainer in Crystal Lake and she is way nicer to my 9 year old and she has manners!
