It is a company that is hired to outsource the IT services of another company. I worked there for a few months and as a worker:
-They will try to give you illusions that the many negative things about your job will change. And there either they know perfectly well that it is not going to be like that and they still tell you. Or they are not aware of the real situation with their client, which I do not know is more serious.
-They will scam whatever you need, in some cases when they want to, they take advantage of the agreement as the notice of job change, but when they are interested, they skip the agreement as in the payment of travel allowances, paying less than what puts the agreement.
-When they are interested, they will say that this is already a problem that you have to deal with with the client, such as having skipped due to the lack of organization to give you a local holiday that by law they must give you, and say "well talk to the client to see if could do something "and if you don't, you run out of the holiday.
-They are going to tell you things like you don't have to work overtime, but at the same time they tell you about the two hours you have to eat "you'll see how you will see that in your lunch hours you want to anticipate incidents so that you don't accumulate "
And all this in just 5 months of employment in this company ... That logically seen what I saw I change company.
