I came with my in laws to check out a 2018 Explore...

I came with my in laws to check out a 2018 Explorer. We found the one we wanted on the computer and went out to the lot to check it out. After 10 minutes, we were ready to take a test drive. They already had driver's license information and the temporary plates.
As they were getting in the car, another salesperson came running over saying he had clients that were buying that Explorer. Our salesperson proceeded to tell us he had a really nice OTHER car to look at but not the color my in laws wanted. We proceeded to leave, it was a terrible experience because they felt their poor English may have been the reason the other couple took priority.

In any case, we went to Battlefield Ford and found a car there with NO issues, they were excellent!
