Best property management company I ve had in the 6+ years I ve been renting apartments.

Lapham took over management of our apartment complex late last year. I expected a nightmare when dealing with the new management . I was wrong and so surprised about it.

They turned out to be extremely responsive and on top of everything. We had an issue with our rent payment during their first month handling things and they were able to correct our account as soon as we called them.

We moved away from Oakland about a month ago and had to break our lease. Lapham was so understanding and supportive. They were able to give us a break on additional fees and rent for the time we were not occupying the space. They made our move-out process during quarantine as easy as we could have hoped for.
