Really disappointed with portea. I had booked a blood test at portea on 21st December,2018 and the time slot was between 8.30 am -9.00 a.m but when the person to collect the blood sample did not turn up I called the customer service center who told me she will call back and tell me the status. But there was no call back and we got the test done elsewhere. Their system is broken down completely.
