I wouldn't actually even give one star to this dia...

I wouldn't actually even give one star to this diabolical company .
Got a ' text ' from this company asking me to call them . Apparently they have totally screwed up our ticket booking . They couldn't even be bother to ring us to let us know. When I rang them they explained that there was an issue and they would try to sort out tickets for same day but different booking slot . 3 days and 3 calls later .. after me chasing them (once again no attempt to call us, the customer! )
They still haven't resolved our issue
When you ring them they answer the call straight away ( guess that's one positive!) which shows they cannot be doing much therefore cannot understand why we haven't had a call back ?
They have explained they will need to speak to Avon Valley regards our booking - still no call back since Friday , so i have had to ring avon valley myself to query what on earth is going on? .
Thankfully a very helpful lady seems to know what she s doing and is trying to sort out the issue .I would avoid this company 'digitickets' like the plague .. Seems like a few young lads on the end of the phone who haven't got a blue whats actually going on and have no experience in customer service . We got an apology but that's just not good enough when you have a Xmas booking for young children and travelled journey prepared for the weekend and totally seem to have dismissed the fact that these ticket were booked over 10 weeks ago.NOT ONLY THAT the booking is in 5 days to e and They still haven't sorted it out !!
They haven't even called to ket us know what they are actually doing about this or to offer us a refund . Absolutely terrible customer service.! Never again
