Unimpressed with the service. It is hard to put to words the frustration felt in trying to communicate with the company. For house issues it would often involve 5-6 calls and 2-3 emails for any true response on how the issue would be handled. There were also difficulties that my wife experienced last year when trying to vacate the property.
