If I could give no stars, I would. Please, please, please do not work here nor place your loved ones here. This is the most horrible place ever. Willowbrook Place literally hires anyone and their training is not effective at all. These caregivers don't know what they're doing half the time. They let the dumb caregivers get away with everything while the good workers get in trouble. Not to mention Willowbrook treats their staff horribly. Everyone in management is new and let me just say, this is by far the worst group of directors ever. They are rude, selfish, and careless. They have no compassion and they do not care about the residents or their staff. The nurses are never present on the floor. The only time I see them is when they're smoking outside with the "wonderful" activities director. They're all a joke. When residents are on their death bed or when they have fractures they lie to the family members and tell them that their loved one is okay. They have attitude towards their care staff and they never want to help out where it's needed. They don't know the residents and when you come to them to inform them of any changes with a resident, they blow it off like it's nothing. All the directors are friends and they stick in a group. They defend each other and cover each others backs. When the nurses have to QMAP, they leave the cart open and leave medications on top while leaving it unattended. When anyone from management has to work overnight, residents are found soaking wet drenched in urine and poop. Managements expectations for the care staff are so high but when it comes to them actually working on the floor as a caregiver or QMAP, they half a** everything. It's such an inconvenience for them to be here and do real work. They only care about a paycheck... Willowbrook just recently cut down on staffing. Leaving your loved ones getting neglected because they're not getting the help they truly need. Management is never no where to be found. They hide out in their offices and all they do is bully and harass their staff. They make everyone feel unwelcomed. They also have attitudes with the family members. This is the most unprofessional group of directors ever. For the sake of your well being and the sake of your loved ones, do not come here to Willowbrook place. Theres a HUGE lack of communication between nurses/carestaff/family members, a HUGE lack in professionalism, and a HUGE lack of care and compassion. This place should honestly be shut down.
