We have been a long time customer and more than that we have recommended IHL to others during our years as a business. My last purchase of a pressure washer and accessories has a nasty turn when I returned with the hose to get it fixed 1 week after the purchase date. I guess the hose is not what the cashier entered (I payed less than it was supposed to cost) when I bought it and I now had a choice of either paying the difference or get the credit of the original purchase price. You are probably wondering why I have given them 5 stars at this moment.

A good store makes mistake and tries to get away with it but a GREAT store makes up for those mistakes after they are made. I wrote an email to IHL describing what happened and their reaction is what I wish the rest of the stores on the market like Home Depot, Brafasco and Fastenal should live up to. Customer service called ME the following day and said they wanted to make this right. After they found the part that was originally purchased I went in to the store to pick it up. I am impressed with the speed they got back to me and that they stood behind the error.

IHL has a continued long term customer in us.... and an advocate for them.
