What a terrible company. They call the Friday before a Monday installation and said we had to reschedule because the carpet never arrived and they didn't have any information on when it would arrive. I called Home Depot's great customer service support and he actually had proof of delivery that it was delivered and signed by the warehouse manager 1.5 weeks prior.

I called hom solutions with this information and Dominique got very defensive and loud about the fact that what home depot sent them wasn't enough proof that they received it. What.

That's ridiculous. Called back home depot and they were astonished at how this was being handled. Will find out tomorrow if Hom solutions lost the carpet!
