Dissapointed in Tomfit's manner in dealing with their contractual obligations. Not only did it feel like a forced environment to immediately sign a contract, but then cancelling within a 24hr period which is well within the contract termination clause of 5 days, didn't even result in full termination of obligations, as I am still being deducted an additional amount which wasn't disclosed in the beginning.

Customer services in my experience has been lacking. For over $ 147 weekly payment and then an additional $ 15.90 a week, makes this one exceptionally expensive investment.

The gym does look good, but do yourself a favour, after taking the time to look for alternatives, there is better options available.

Now for the struggle in getting a refund.

Tomfit didn't work for me !
