Service department never answers the phone. 9 out ...

Service department never answers the phone. 9 out of 10 times I call it just rings until the call returns to the operator. Quality of work is great and once you actually talk to someone they are great. Phone response is frustrating.

They added a reservation desk to make appointments so the service advisers have more time. It's better.
