I have had nothing but positive experiences with KRS Holdings. I had to move out of my home on short notice, and they immediately started showing my home and rented it out in a couple of weeks. From the leasing agents, to the maintenance department, to the client service specialist, they have always responded to any phone calls and emails promptly and with were able to resolve any questions or concerns I had. I recommended KRS to my wife when her long term tenant moved out of her home and they took care of her property quickly as well.
