We built out house with McDonald Construction about 1.5 years ago. The process was nothing but a nightmare. Customer service is non-existent. Working with them is like pulling teeth. As I tried to email Bob McDonald few times with concerns and complains, never received a reply. After finally calling him, he brushed me off with some excuses. As soon as your check clears, their interest disappears. Working with their staff and managers is a process in its own, if you need an answer or anything done, make sure you give them at least a month. I would think twice before working with McDonald Construction.
