Review of All-Star Music

Normally we stay at Shades of Green, but this time, due to a mix-up in scheduling, we stayed at Disney's All-Star Music Resort this time in a suite that slept 6. It was pretty nice! One queen-size bed, a fold-out sleeper couch, a fold-out armchair and a fold-out ottoman/footstool. Kitchenette was useful as our meal plan was good for 2 meals a day, so we brought our own breakfast food and ate in the room before leaving for the day. Kitchenette includes coffee-maker and coffee, small fridge, small sink, paper plates, cups, bowls and plastic cutlery, and a microwave. 2 bathrooms in our suite. You get money back if you reuse towels and don't get your room serviced every day (beds made, trash emptied.) Swimming pool, fountain, food court, video game arcade, gift shop, and bus stops with buses to all parks are all within the hotel. The only drawback to this hotel that's not a problem at Shades of Green is that SOG is all interior. You arrive and park your car in a garage and don't need it again till you leave. At DASM, there are individual hotel buildings around the central building that leaves you and your luggage out in the elements as you move around the resort grounds to get to or from your room. Otherwise, loved the change of scenery!!
