David Jones...not about costumer service, just sig...

David Jones...not about costumer service, just signing up for American Express card. Had a new D.J store card, went to the costumer service at Bondi junction store to validate it in order to make a purchase, the staff member was too busy trying to convince a costumer to sign up fo the AMEX card. I was invisible, so I decided to go to another store and had a great costumer service, staff member fantastic, great knowledge of their product, very happy with my choice of gift and the store.
Once again no staff and the service does not exist............
