Precision Electrical came out to my Apartment to change the power meter. So power went out at 8:00am and the apartment manager told be power would be on by 4pm. Then Precision Electrical told me the power would be on by 9:00pm that night. They said the inspector approved the work and that the power would be turned on by AEP by 9:00pm. Well guess what the power was not turned on by 9:00pm and I called AEP. AEP said Precision Electrical did not put in the work order request in on time for same day service. So my power did not get turned on Until 8:15 the next day. Not sure who to blame all I know is that I lost around $75.00 in Groceries and for a Full time nursing student that is a lot.
