I LOVE that their products are American made. We recently placed an order at Ashley furniture for a sectional, almost two months prior to our move in date, and found out about a week after that it was discontinued. (The explanation was that their products are made oversees and due to COVID some manufacturers do not have their employees going back to work yet, which is understandable. However, that means they have no control over shipping or manufacturing )
Anyway, the representative for La-Z-Boy quickly explained what their services were and walked us through the showroom. We quickly found a couch that we loved and he explained their pricing for custom designs along with what they already had in stock.
Long story short we left with a custom designed couch, within our price range, and to be delivered within a month!
I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to have their furniture customized, either for a home or business. Request to speak to Collin!

Side note: Their designer was also great and was able to pull up a 3D version of our living room.We enjoyed being able to play around with the layout without all the heavy lifting!
