DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They will stab you in the back. I had WOW cablef 6 months last year. From the first day until the last day I had unresolved issues and was not happy with the service. I called several times to get the issues resolved but to no avail. I've been discontinued service and was hit with a $350 early termination. After 3 months of going back and forth with the company to get the fee waived they refused. When I called the company to set up monthly payments until the debt was paid, a month later I get a call from the collection agency. A real shady, disgusting company with useless, incompetent associates. RUN AWAY FAST!
